Deburring Process
Differences between the two plates:
Left plate: Finished with grinding/sandblasting for deburring and edge chamfering; the edges of the holes and cuts are smooth and free of burrs.
Right plate: Raw laser-cut blank; the edges of the circular holes and elongated slots retain laser dross and burrs (dross adhesion is inherent to laser-cutting carbon steel).
